By using Dayjavoo (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2) The Service
Dayjavoo provides journaling, photo storage, sharing, collections, messaging, and related features. Features may change over time.
3) Accounts
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
4) User content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content only as needed to operate the Service.
5) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or violate others’ rights.
- Upload harmful, abusive, illegal, or infringing content.
- Attempt to exploit, attack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
6) Subscriptions and billing (if applicable)
- Subscriptions (if offered) are purchased through Apple App Store and/or Google Play.
- Payment is processed by Apple/Google. We do not receive your full payment card information.
- Subscriptions may auto-renew unless you cancel through your Apple/Google account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies unless local law requires otherwise.
7) Advertising
The Service may display advertisements. Ads may be personalized depending on your device settings and applicable law.
8) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion.
9) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.
11) Governing law
