I can’t log in.
Confirm your email/password, check your connection, and try resetting your password. If prompted, verify your email.
How do I create a collection and invite someone?
Create a collection in-app, then open collection settings → members → invite. They may need to accept the invite to join.
How do exports work?
Exports generate a downloadable file (and may expire after a retention window). If an export fails, try again on Wi-Fi.
I want to delete my account.
